Once again this year, participation in the 4sustainability Event is free of charge but by invitation only. From the invitation, you can directly access the application-participation form, which we ask you to fill out in its entirety.

There are no strict rules in this regard, but we are committed to ensuring that as many companies as possible are present. Initially, we will not be able to accept more than two applications per company name. That being said, if you would like to attend the Event with more than one colleague, the suggestion for everyone is to go ahead and send in your application anyway: we will evaluate the numbers at subsequent rounds so that we can give you timely feedback.

There is no way to participate remotely in the 4sustainability Event: the 2024 edition is in-person only.

We have chosen not to specify a deadline this year, but to close applications once the maximum number of eligible attendees has been reached. If you are motivated to attend, we suggest you fill out the online application form embedded in the Event invitation as soon as possible.

Sure. The main thing is that you notify us well in advance giving us the first and last name of the person who will take your place. If you are no longer able to come and no colleague will replace you, it is all the more important that you write to us so as not to preclude others from the possibility: in case of no cancellation or cancellation after September 23 – the deadline for registrations – there is a penalty of € 100.00 that we will allocate to charity. Confirmations and feedback are sent in successive blocks depending on when the requests are received. The sender account is events@processfactory.it: check your mail messages regularly including your Spam folder.

If you did not receive an invitation, you may not be in the sending DB, all the more so if you work in a brand or company in the fashion supply chain to which the Event is expressly addressed. Double check your mail, including your Spam folder. If you don’t find anything, you can email us at events@processfactory.it specifying your full name and the company you are part of. Availabilities are limited and we cannot assure your participation with certainty, but we will certainly consider your request by giving you feedback as soon as possible.

After the Event is over, we will consider sharing a summary of the proceedings with participants only.

There are parking spots available near the Event location on Via dell’Industria and Via del Lavoro. On the afternoon of October 3rd, our staff will be available on Via dell’Industria to provide you with directions.

From Malpensa Airport (Terminal 1 and Terminal 2), you can reach the Saronno railway station using the Malpensa Express. Then, take a Trenord train to Fino Mornasco Station, and from there, take a taxi to the Event location.
